Subscription terms

Subscribe only if it suits your routine. One-time purchase is the default on our Pre-Sauna Gummies page. Choosing Subscribe & save is optional.

How your subscription works

When you select a subscription and complete checkout, you authorize SaunaStack to charge your selected payment method automatically for recurring orders at the interval shown at checkout, until you cancel. Selecting the checkbox alone does not place an order.

  • 1 jar: delivery every 4 weeks (28 days).
  • 2 jars: delivery every 8 weeks (56 days).
  • 3 jars: delivery every 12 weeks (84 days).

These are recurring order intervals, not guaranteed arrival dates. You can review your next scheduled order in your subscription account.

Price, savings and shipping

The current Pre-Sauna Gummies subscription offer saves 10% on the corresponding one-time pack price on each scheduled delivery. This offer includes no free gifts.

Your selected price, currency, order interval and applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. Review these details before placing your order. Local prices may differ by market. Any shipping charges apply to each delivery as shown for your subscription; the subscription discount applies to the product price.

The price and schedule recorded in your checkout and subscription confirmation apply to your subscription. Existing subscriptions may have different offers or schedules.

Skip, pause or cancel

There is no minimum number of renewal orders. You may skip an upcoming order, reschedule, or cancel future deliveries through your subscription account. Pause options are available in the cancellation flow.

Use the subscription-management link in your subscription emails. If you cannot access your account or need help with a change, email support@saunastack.co using the email address associated with your subscription.

Make changes before your next scheduled charge. Check your account to confirm that the next order date or cancellation has updated. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or processed. Contact us promptly about an order already in progress.

Delivery and account details

Keep your delivery address and payment details up to date before your next order. Dispatch and transit times are separate from your recurring billing interval. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.

Returns and the 90-day guarantee

Subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including its eligibility requirements and exclusions. The 90-day guarantee does not restart with each subscription shipment. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.

These subscription terms supplement our Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
